Responsible

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; regularly update customer project information to identify and create sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, verify product lists, arrange product availability, and coordinate timely delivery of goods.
• Gather and respond to customer feedback, assist in resolving issues, and support ongoing customer engagement and repeat sales.
• Prepare presentation materials, marketing collateral, and documentation related to sales processes and transactions.
• Collaborate with engineers in project planning and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure product readiness.

More qualification

• Thai nationality, open to all genders and age groups.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (graduates from Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related disciplines will be given special consideration).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or customer account management.
• Good command of English (TOEIC score is a plus).
• Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
• Experience in EV chargers, energy storage systems, or electronic devices is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, quick to grasp new knowledge, and able to multitask effectively.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
